Pole Changes Kennels Road

Timaru Maintenance

The Timaru township network upgrade consists of Overhead Line Maintenance and asset renewal. This project is currently ongoing and is to be completed in four stages.  This will consist of Pole and Pole Furniture upgrades across the network.

Tekapo solar trial

A solar panel trial is underway as part of the exciting solar power installation opportunity. We have installed solar panels and an inverter on the roof of our Tekapo substation. As well as testing the equipment in a range of weather conditions such as high winds, heavy snow and hail, we're also gathering data and monitoring the site as part of our solar panel trial.
