Summer Internships
Every year around August/September we offer the opportunity to join our summer internship programme. This is an exceptional opportunity for students to become part of our team in Timaru during the November to February University holiday break.
This opportunity will enable you to acquire invaluable hands-on experience while immersing yourself in the dynamic environment of Alpine Energy.

Trainees
Our Network Delivery team has opportunities for trainees to join us to develop within the electrical engineering field. Are you a problem solver with a keen eye for process and patience? You will be expected to complete the necessary training requirements – written and practical – in a timely manner. This may include attending training and block courses. Complete the NZQA, EWRB and Alpine Energy Network Competency requirements and you will be ready to take the next step in your career.
