Our Team Groups

• Digital

  Our Digital teams manage our Projects, technology, data and network intelligence. They support several employees across Timaru. Digital has an important role to play within our organisation.

• People and Safety

  The People and Safety team empowers and equips our people to be the best they can be, fostering a safe culture where they can thrive and achieve their potential. Capability and the growth of our people is a strong focus along with engagement through internal communications.

• Finance

  Our finance team works in partnership with the business. They are here to help with business performance, supply chain, logistics and procurement. They’re not just finance and support the business with much more.

• Customer Strategy

  Our Customer Strategy team is made of regulatory management, external marketing/engagement, and customer acquisition/management. This team is heavily invested in Customer, ensuring we manage the expectations of community and deliver on our promise.

• Engineering

  Our Engineering team is one of largest teams here at Alpine. Made of Future Networks, Asset Lifecyle Management, Engineering & Design and Networks Operations and Performance. From designing overhead power lines and substations, using state-of-the-art tools and modern technology, Engineering manages everything from new connections to upgrades and renewals.

• Network Delivery

  This is the largest team at Alpine, all our front facing teams sit in this function. Field Services which our specialist technicians, line mechanics, cable jointers and more. We have our Works Delivery function that has our portfolio management and planning group. A great team for trainees to entry the field and progress onto bigger opportunities.
